ABOUT SHIPPING

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will be dispatched usually within 3-7 business days once the order is confirmed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Macao SAR public holidays).

All deliveries within Macau will be proceeded by eBuy or self-pickup at store.

We offer international shipping with tracking information via a selection of couriers based on your location. Orders will be processed within 3-7 working days after your payment is approved. For Taiwan and China, it takes around 5 working days to deliver the parcel via SF Express. For the other countries, the parcel will be delivered  via EMS (subject to destination). Please note that there may be delays due to customs once the package has reached your country.

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with the tracking number of your parcel. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order once it has been dispatched. However, we are more than happy to provide assistance if needed, ​ Contact Us

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer or unclaimed packages during order processing.

​Please make sure your order and shipping information is correct. If you would like to change any information of your order (contact, shipping address or item purchased), Contact Us as soon as possible.
Once the parcel has been shipped, any changes of the shipping information are subject to the extra fee charged by courier.

In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, there will be a SOLD OUT icon or message indicated on the product. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled from your order, and you will not be charged for that item as a refund will be occurred.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. You may also be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any custom clearance charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information. The transaction may be cancelled if you reject to pay the custom clearance charges and we are not responsible for any refund in this case.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Goods are applicable for exchanges provided that the Merchandise is still in “Sellable Condition”. “Sellable Condition” means that the Merchandise is returned in its original packaging and returned together with the Merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in the condition originally sold and that the Merchandise is not damaged in any way.

Please take note that Pre-order, Pre-sale and Limited Collaboration Merchandises are NOT applicable for exchanges and refunds.

The decision as to whether the Merchandise is in “Sellable Condition” remains within MEEET MACAU's sole discretion and its decision shall be final.

If you would like an exchange due to DEFECT, it must be requested within 14 days of delivery indicated by the customer’s tracking number provided. MEEET Macau will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email and authorised confirmation. 

  • All SALE ITEMS, discounted and promotional merchandise, including any discount/promo codes used are FINAL and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. 
  • MEEET MACAU does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended that customers use a reputable form of logistics with a tracking number.
  • MEEET MACAU will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email.
  • There are special cases in which refunds are authorized by MEEET MACAU and must be communicated and confirmed via email. 
  • Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement with a confirmation email. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used. 
  • MEEET MACAU will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email. 

All promotional, sale, special release and collaboration items sold are FINAL. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted.  Please make sure you review your order before purchasing any of these items.

DAMAGED GOODS 
  • For damaged goods, you may submit an exchange request to info@meeetmacau.com
  • Please allow at least 10 to 15 business days for your return to be processed by our warehouse personnel. You will receive an email notification upon completion of the exchange process. 
  • In regards to special releases and sale items, the number of processing days for damaged goods may be subjected to change.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

To shop with us, you need to meet MEEET MACAU’s terms of eligibility:

  • You must have a credit or debit card or any other payment account that we accept (please see ‘Payment Terms’ for types of payment accepted)
  • You must be authorized to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it) 
  • Providing personal and payment details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate (email address, real name, phone number, billing information and other requested information as indicated on the Site)


By ordering with MEEET MACAU, you are authorizing MEEET MACAU to process a charge or charges on their credit card or Stripe in the amount of the total purchase of the order. You also expressly authorize us to use personal information provided by you to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks. Agreement to the use of third party services like Stripe will be subject to vetting and fraudulent checks where MEEET MACAU reserves the right to refuse a sale. 

MEEET MACAU reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.
